Educator Appreciation Night

We're hosting Educator Appreciation Night on Sunday, June 2, as Dell Rapids PBR comes to Bob Shelden Field.
All Brookings educators are admitted to the game for $3.00, and all those attending will be given a ticket toward several drawings happening during the game. Half the proceeds from gate sales, along with half the proceeds from a 50/50 drawing during the game, will be presented to educators attending the game for the purchase of school supplies for the 2024-2025 school year. Additionally, other drawings for supplies will be held during the game.
Medary Elementary School 1st Grade teacher and former Cub Alec Johnson will also be throwing out a ceremonial first pitch prior to the game.
We’re inviting all educators to a fun night of baseball with lots of names and faces familiar to the Brookings School District!
